Every year an appointment
As every year, my calendar appointment with God comes closer.
Our relationship is not about me demanding presents and telling him what I want.
He created me as I am and as I am, I am capable to reach everything I am meant to.
For our meeting I have to set life objectives for the next year and we discuss about it.
I start by thanking him for the past year and I offer him the list.
Then I tell him I will walk to that future, I will earn every single objective with hard work or take the necessary decisions.
I thank him again for providing me all I need for the journey and when the time comes, he turns the objectives into reality.
As every year, he never says anything in response.
Who can listen to the voice of the universe anyways?
